Gempressed does its best to capture each piece in the most correct lighting to realistically display the colors. However, colors may differ due to differences in computer/phone lighting.
Each piece is handmade from scratch, attributing to slight variations in product. No two earrings are alike. Each piece of polymer clay jewelry is lightweight. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind and will not be replicated. I make sure to carefully inspect each item before shipping it off. I would not sell anything that I would not wear.
Caring for Your Polymer Clay Jewelry
Treat your polymer clay jewelry very carefully. If dropped from a high distance or stored incorrectly, they may break or be damaged. Be sure to keep them in a dry, cool place, and AWAY from moisture. DO NOT wear your polymer clay earrings in water! Avoid contact with alcohol, makeup, styling products, or anything else that can stain your jewelry. Most importantly, DO NOT BEND YOUR ITEMS.
Shipping and Processing
Once each order has been placed, I will work diligently to begin assembling them. Some items are made to order. I will package and ship all orders 3-7 business days after they are placed, depending on the current demand. Please allow at least a week for your order to be processed and shipped, although many may not need the entire time. You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders are sent through USPS. All apparel is shipped through Printful and takes 5-10 days to process and ship.
If your order is over $60, you will receive free retail shipping.

For hygienic reasons, returns and exchanges are not allowed for jewelry. Refunds for jewelry are also not permitted as each item is made on demand. If an item has broken, you must email a photo of the broken item and your order number, within 14 days, and another will be made and dispatched to you for free. This does not apply to Giveaway items as they are not paid for. If you wish to receive a revived item after the 14 day period, you will be charged half of its original price and you must pay for shipping.
Refunds will also not be permitted for any digital services. For all other items (apparel, home, etc.), you may return or exchange 14 days after receiving your order. At this time, free return shipping is not offered. Be sure to return your items using a service in which you can track your orders. If any dispute, claim, or charge may arise, related to your use of the site, both parties will try in good faith to settle the Dispute within 30 days.
